It is the overlap, as shown in the Venn Diagram, that allows us to make decisions while considering each mind. Some people find themselves stuck in one mind or the other, and think they are unable to see both achieve Wise Mind. But can I maintain it? Well, not yet. Wise mind helps you take the best information from each side to make your decision. This brings you peace in your everyday life as you acknowledge both sides and make your decision based on the information available to you.

For example, we when we experience an emotion, we should go about it non-judgmentally. This means that we will acknowledge our emotion, radically accept the feeling, and let it go. All without scolding ourselves for feeling such a way. This allows us to slow down and focus on what is in front of us.
